Chronicling the life of Clayton and Spenser, with memories of Scooter
March 20, 2008
Phillip has demanded a retraction of my statement yesterday regarding
his aversion to anecodotal evidence. Well, not so much his aversion per se, but rather
the source of it. It is not something he learned in medical school as I claimed, but actually dates way back
to the mid 60's when he discovered that he had been duped: you could play all those records backwards
but Paul McCartney was still not dead. This realization, at the tender age of 11, marked the beginning of
his lifelong love affair with the scientific method.
Hopefully he will not read today's DD because if he does, I fear he will demand a retraction of this particular view of his balding pate. Shhhhh, just pretend you don't notice.
How's this, Phillip? Better?
