The Daily Digital Photo
Clayton, Spenser, Scooter, Sherman and Stanley: then and now.
February 23, 2010
Let me preface this little story by saying that Phillip is one of the top doctors
to go to if you are dizzy or have a balance disorder. But he's not
a vet, and for the last two weeks or so he has been fretting about a growth on Stanley's
abdomen, just north of his boy |parts part. He wanted me to call
the vet and I've been putting it off. Then on Sunday it occurred to him to email
a photo of said growth to our vet friend for a preliminary diagnosis.
So we're trying to get a good shot of Stan's tummy
which was very difficult because Sherman wanted to get into the picture (oh, and did
I mention that Sherman has a somewhat similar growth in about the same area?)
when the light bulb positively IGNITED over the good doctor's head and he realized that this was
no more than Stanley's belly button, a BIG outie. Eureka! We've had dogs for fifteen
years and never even wondered about their belly buttons. Have you??
