Let this be a lesson to you: never leave a pile of clean towels on the couch when there is a nest-making beagle around. Many thanks to all of you who submitted photos for the holiday guest DD, and I hope you enjoyed the winners. Phillip and I have been on vacation since last week and aren't going back to work until Wednesday. We spent Christmas day with our friends then drove up to the Poconos to visit our former neighbors. I had great ambitions to repaint the living room but settled instead for organizing my vast collection of recipes into a notebook, which was not a small task. I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas, and will have a healthy and happy 2008!
